Litigation Before the Superior Courts
Our litigators represent clients in complex commercial disputes, tax and regulatory litigation, and constitutional challenges before the High Courts and the Supreme Court of Pakistan. We have successfully defended the constitutionality of federal legislation and obtained rulings striking down provisions found to be unconstitutional.
International & Domestic Arbitration
The firm has direct experience in ICSID investment treaty arbitrations and ICC commercial arbitrations, including a matter that secured an award of approximately US$4.5 million on behalf of a state-owned energy transmission company. On the domestic front, we handle construction and commercial arbitrations under the Arbitration Act, 1940, along with related enforcement proceedings.
Public Interest Litigation
Our partners have also led high-impact public interest litigation, including cases before the High Court aimed at protecting the rights of vulnerable individuals, reflecting the firm's commitment to advocacy that extends beyond commercial engagements.
